GI Design’s project management service brings those elements together, helping maintain clear communication, coordinated decision-making and continuity throughout delivery.
Our involvement can include contractor and supplier coordination, programme and timeline management, site meetings, liaison with architects and structural engineers, budget and cost tracking, progress reporting, quality and design reviews, problem solving, installation oversight and final handover.
Where Project Management forms part of a GI Design commission, we can act as the client’s main point of contact, helping reduce fragmentation across the wider project team and ensuring important decisions remain connected to the agreed design.
Because we have developed the design ourselves, we understand the intention behind the layouts, materials, finishes, furniture and bespoke details. This allows us to review progress in relation to the original scheme and help resolve issues or changes without losing sight of the overall design direction.
Project Management is provided as part of GI Design’s wider design service for projects we have designed. We do not provide standalone project management for schemes developed by another design studio.
