Project Story

The kitchens were developed across a wide range of homes, from studios and apartments to duplexes and penthouses, each with different spatial requirements and specification levels.

Georgiana’s role covered the development of kitchen layouts alongside the selection and specification of materials and finishes, helping maintain a consistent design approach across the wider residential scheme while responding to the requirements of individual layouts.

Delivering kitchens across 168 residences also required close coordination between design information, the specialist kitchen supplier and the wider project team, ensuring technical details, specifications and programme requirements remained aligned throughout the development.

Georgiana’s involvement continued beyond design into ordering, delivery scheduling and installation management, including the coordination of worktop templating and fitting, providing continuity from the earliest design stages through to completion.

This experience continues to inform GI Design’s approach to complex residential projects, combining considered design with detailed technical, logistical and on-site coordination.
